DATA PROTECTION REGULATIONS FROM 25TH MAY 2018 (GDPR)
Under the new data protection regulations introduced from 25th May 2018, we will continue to contact patients via text messages regarding the delivery of care if they have provided consent to do so.
The surgery is open Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) between 08:30 - 18:00.
Appointments are available at the following times:
The Practice does not close at lunch-time
The practice also runs an evening surgery on a Monday by appointment.
The practice also runs an early morning surgery on a Tuesday & Thursday by appointment.
Monday: 8.30am to 12.30pm
Tuesday: 9.00am to 5.00pm
Wednesday: 1.00pm to 5.30pm
Thursday: 8.00am to 3.00pm
Friday: 8.00am to 11.30am
Should an emergency or urgent medical problem arise out of surgery hours (18:00 - 08:30 each week day, weekends, public holidays) telephone NHS 24 direct on 111
You will need to give the patient’s name, age address, telephone number and the nature of the problem. If a consultation is necessary you may be asked to attend an Out-of-Hours Emergency Treatment Centre (Stobhill Hospital, Western Infirmary).
If you are housebound or very seriously ill, the doctor will call to see you at your home. Please note that this is an emergency service and if you feel that a call can wait until the next day then phone before 10:00 the following morning.
